My Daily routine

My name is Ricardo Quintana, and I’m from Medellin. I´m a coordinator of school life. I get up at 6:00 a.m. I take a shower, brush my teeth, and shave. I go to the room. I get dressed. I go to my car. Monday, Wednesday and the Friday I go to English class. I go to at 11 am starting my work day at school. I welcome students, revised uniform and classroom delivery. I have lunch. At 2 p.m .I ckeck my e-mail.I attend parents in the office. I watch at break students.I prayer at 6:30 p.m to give thanks to God before you dismiss my students. When I get home. I watch TV. I make dinner. I eat dinner. I'musually very tired, and sleep for ten or eleven hours. I usually go to a restaurant with my friends on weekends.

My Mother's daily routine

My mother is Nora Franco. She is 71 years old. She lives in Medellin. A normal day for her so: She gets up at 7:00a.m. She bathes and dresses. She takes her medication before breakfast. On the day she spends knitting, watching TV, and resting. She has lunch at 12:30p.m. Then take a nap. Her dinner at 8:00 p.m. She chatted with family. She goes to bed at 10:00 p.m.

My neighborhood

It's nice. Is the center of the city. There are many buildings. There are the stores, There´s a big supermarket and some nice stores. There are several churches. The traffic is heavy on the day at night is very quiet. At night you sleep pleasantly no noise or congestion. It's good!
