My Neighborhood

 

I live in Andalucía. My neighborhood is very noisy and safe because there are many stores. It´s very commercial. There are many little houses and some apartment buildings. There´s only one main street. It´s called boulevard 107. It has slow traffic. It´s clean and long. My house is between the Acevedo station and Andalucía MetroCable station. There are some public parks. The houses have little gardens. There are some trees. My neighborhood is very near Avenue 52. There are many furniture stores and cheap restaurants. At night, there are many pubs and discos. Transportation in my neighborhood is very easy. Many buses, integrated routes, and taxis pass on 52nd Avenue.

My daily routine

 

I wake up at 4:00 o´clock, and I get up around 4:30 a.m. After that, I get dressed. I walk the dog around the neighborhood. I get home, and while my mom prepares breakfast for my dad and me, I take a shower. We have breakfast, and also I feed the dog. I check my e-mail and I read quickly the Facebook news. I leave home at about 5:30 a.m. I take the Metro to go the college. I study from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. I leave college and normally I don´t eat before 2:00 o´clock. Usually I don´t usually take transport to go at Colombo Americano. I walk to the language center.

My usual routine

First, I wake up at 5:00 a.m. I brush my  teeth. Then I take a shower. I don´t listen to music in the morning, but I usually watch the news on T.V. My wife makes breakfast at 5:15 a.m. while I shave. I have breakfast at 5:30 a.m. Then I brush my  teeth. I leave house at 6:10 a.m. and I drive to the office. I go to the gym before going to work on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. I usually work in the morning until 11:45 a.m. Later, I have an English class from 12:10 to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday. I always take my lunch in the car. I go to back to the office and work until 6:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. After that, I go home and I have dinner at 8:00 p.m. I continue working in my house on the computer at night. Finally I go to bed at 11:00 p.m.

My neighborhood

Medellín is so nice. There is no place like this on earth! I live in El Poblado. My neighborhood is very quiet and silent. There are many big houses and many apartment buildings. The streets are clean and wide. It is a very commercial sector. There are drugstores and grocery stores. Near my house, there are many places to enjoy. The nearest shopping center is the Tesoro. In this place, I can find good restaurants, clothing stores, and cinemas, There are many trees. It is a very nice place!  At night on weekends, I like to visit Mall Plaza because it is a very entertaining place and I can enjoy with my wife and friends.

I am journalist. I have a beautiful family and my life revolves around it.

I wake up at 6:00 am. with my baby Lucas. We watch tv. Then I eat breakfast with my husband. He is Hernan. After that, I take a shower and I put on the clothes. I bath my baby and I get him dressed. I play with my son. Sometimes we go to swimming and on Friday I go with Lucas to horses back riding class.  At 1:00 pm, I eat my lunch. Then I go to work because I have a part-time job and I get home at 6:00 pm. I have an English class on Tuesday and Thursday from 12:10 to 2:00 pm. I have dinner at 7:00 pm. Then I give the baby a bath and I put his sleepwear and I work on the computer at night. Finally, I go to bed at 11:00 PM.

I live in poblado. My neighborhood is nice. There are some shopping centers, El Tesoro, Oviedo, and Santa Fe, and there are some supermarkets, Exito, Euro, Jumbo and Carulla. I go shopping and I take my baby to play at the mall. There are some movie theaters, and my husband and I go to watch movies. We go to many restaurants because they sell different  options. I go to eat sushi. Also there are many malls.  I eat ice cream with my family. There¨s no park, and there is no museum, but my neighborhood is funny.

My weekly routine by Juan Fernando Sierra Echeverri

I´m an architect. I work in an office. My days are normally similar to each other.

I usually wake up at 5: 30 am. Then, I help my wife to pack the children lunchbox. After that, I take a shower. Later, I eat breakfast with my family, and we wait for the school bus. My wife takes me to the office, after she leaves to hers.

Everyday, I check my email, and send work instructions to my coworkers. I am the Coordinator of Medellin´s Christmas Lighting Festival. So, during all year, I think about Christmas.

All my days are very similar, but on Tuesday and Thursday I have the English class and I have some work meetings. Finally, I go home at 7:00 pm, and I spend sometime with my family. We often go to eat out.

I live in Las Palmas in an apartment building, and there are many apartments in that area. I don´t meet my neighbors, but I enjoy the swimming pool during the weekends with my children. We go to the playground. Near my house there is a mall where we go to eat, or we go to buy some groceries in the supermarket.

My Routine by Carolina Aguilar Villa

Hi, my name is Carolina Aguilar Villa, and I want to tell you about me.

Well, I work from Monday to Friday. First, I wake up at 5:00 a.m. Later, I get dressed after I take a shower. I dont't have breakfast at home because I eat breakfast at work. I leave the house. Then I drive my car to my office, but I don't like it. After that, I work from 7:00 a.m. to 5: 00 p.m., but I have an english class on Tuesday and Thursday from 12:10 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Later, I go back to the office. Then I get home at 5:30 p.m. I have dinner with my mother. Finally, I go to bed at 9:30 p.m.

Well, on my happy weekend, I enjoy my free time in my beautiful neighborhood. I live in El Poblado. It's near to Parque Lleras, Vizcaya and Poblado Avenue. I love it because it's very quiet, clean and there are a lot of trees.

On weekends, I wake up at 7:00 a.m. I have a coffee, and I go to the gym. It's near to my house, but I usually go in my car. Sometimes I watch tv. Later, I don't do anything.

In the afternoon, I go out with my boyfriend. We usually go out in my neighborhood beacuse it's very convenient. There are supermarkets. There is a movie theater, and there are a lot of great restaurants. They are very expensive. We love "Fire House" restaurant. We often go there. Also, there are cafes, for example Juan Valdez. In my neighborhood there are a lot of apartment buildings but there are few houses. There is a small park and there are no swimming pools.

Finally, I get home and I go to bed at midnight.
