MY DAILY ROUTIN.

Hello my name is Juan Bautista Saenz. I`m 26 years old. In my daily routin i get up aruond 5 am. I brush my teeth whit colgate triple action. After, i take a bath and get dressed in ten minutes. I go to my work at 5:45 am. I study in Colombo Americano on monday,wednesday, and friday. Tuesday and thursday i work in Cadena school until 11:00 am. I work in the afternoon in la paz school until 6:10 pm. Later, i arrive home and eat my food at 7:00 pm. I watch the news and prepared the lesson for the next day. At 10 pm i go to bed and sleep.

MY GIRLFRIEND`S ROUTIN.

My girlfriends name is liliana. she lives in the manzanares. Manzanares is a very poor neighborhood. And almost no places to go. It`s also very noisy. She rises to 5:00 am. She brushes her teeth. She goes to work at 5:30 am. and arrives home at 9:00 pm. During the day working in various places and arrives home very tired, On weekends away with her daugther playing in the park and play with it. She also eats strawberry ice cream.

MY NEIGHBORHOOD.

I live in santa maria. My neighborhood is so boring!. There are a small stores. I mean, there`s no food place to go. Only a restaurants for eat rich food. There`s no swimming pool to go. There are many houses where families live. In my neighborhood are realy gossips and i haven`t no relation with them for that reason. Near my nighborhood there`s a soccer player stadium. My apartament is small but cozy, fresh, and save. There`s no a cinema and i don`t like it.

I get up 4:30 am . I was my face and brush my teeth. Then I make lunch for my husband.

I go to work half past twelve . I'm bussy with my studens six hours. I go for my son to shoool and we come home about 7:15 pm.

I hug my daugther when arrive. I have dinner. We talk about the day activity. I watch TV with my family. finally I go to bed at 10:00 pm. I work in the CDS  on Saturday. I'm only with my Family on the weekends.

My family is definitely wonderfull, for example Luis my husband. He's a driver. He work for an important company EPM.

He gets up a trirty past four and take a shower. He takes a breakfast. He leaves a home at six o'clok.

He always have dinner in  family. He goes to bed half past ten.

My neighborhood

I live in Antonio roldan.

My neiborhood there are two long streets, it's part of another big Lopez. There's a park, You can practice different sports or exercise.

my neiborhood is very quiet and silent. There are  a couple of school, You can study there. There's also a church. You can pra here. Leaving the neiborhood ther's a very commercial avenue. There are many fast food places. there's a restaurants, supermaket, satationery, parking.

My name is Ricardo Quintana, and I’m from Medellin. I´m a coordinator of school life. I get up at 6:00 a.m. I take a shower, brush my teeth, and shave. I go to the room. I get dressed. I go to my car. Monday, Wednesday and the Friday I go to English class. I go to at 11 am starting my work day at school. I welcome students, revised uniform and classroom delivery. I have lunch. At 2 p.m .I ckeck my e-mail.I attend parents in the office. I watch at break students.I prayer at 6:30 p.m to give thanks to God before you dismiss my students. When I get home. I watch TV. I make dinner. I eat dinner. I'musually very tired, and sleep for ten or eleven hours. I usually go to a restaurant with my friends on weekends.

My Mother's daily routine

My mother is Nora Franco. She is 71 years old. She lives in Medellin. A normal day for her so: She gets up at 7:00a.m. She bathes and dresses. She takes her medication before breakfast. On the day she spends knitting, watching TV, and resting. She has lunch at 12:30p.m. Then take a nap. Her dinner at 8:00 p.m. She chatted with family. She goes to bed at 10:00 p.m.

My neighborhood

It's nice. Is the center of the city. There are many buildings. There are the stores, There´s a big supermarket and some nice stores. There are several churches. The traffic is heavy on the day at night is very quiet. At night you sleep pleasantly no noise or congestion. It's good!

My name is Marlen Cecilia Mosquera.  This is my daily routine. All the day and wake up at eight o’clock, but I get out at nine o’clock.  After that I brush my teeth.  So I read the bible. And after that I make the bed. And then i take a shower. I get dressed. After that, I make breakfast. So I eat breakfast with my husband. I wash the dishes. I get dressed again for go to English course from 7 to 10: 15.  And then I go to the school.  I start my class at 10: 30. So I eat lunch. I brush my teeth. I continue working until seven o’clock. After that the class I come back to my house. Y make the dinner more or less at 7:30.

And then I wash the dishes. After that, I brush my teeth. I go to bed. I watch tv with my husband and   sleep at ten o’clock.

My husband’s daily routine.

My husband’s name is Jesus copete. He is 24 years old. He is a person very     quiet, hardworking, loving, and considerate. For that reason I love him. He usually get up at 9 o’clock. He brushes his teeth. He washes his face. And then he take a shower. He get dressed. So, he eats breakfast. After that, he watches tv all the morning. And then he make the lunch. And then he eats lunch. After that, he brushes his teeth and then he goes to bed. He sleep for two hours. Then he goes to the park to do exercise. So he come back to the house. After that he takes a shower and he eat dinner. So he brushes his teeth. Sometime in the night he check his e-mail. So he goes to bed.

My Neighborhood.

I live in the neighborhood gaitan. My neighborhood it’s nice and quiet. In my neighborhood there are many houses.  There’s a small store. Near my house there’s a big church. There’s a school. There are many children. There’s no park. There’s no supermarket. We need and supermarket because in the store there’s no all that we need. There are a lot fast-food places. There’s a stadium. There are no clubs. For that reason my neighborhood it’s really nice. The people of my neighborhood are very friendly and kind.

Good morning. My name is Luz Adriana Mosquera Buenaño. I’m from Apartadó Antioquia. I’m teacher in San Pedro Claver school and I love my job. Today, I want to share my daily routine with you.

On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I get up 6 o`clock.I do the bed. I brush my teeth and I check my face. I take a shower and then I get dressed. Sometimes I prepare chocolate. I go at 6:50 for the English  Course. I breakfast at about 8:35. I usually take  coffee with milk, corn cake or potato carn. I come home at 10:30 and I rest a bit. I usaully lunch at 12:00. On weekdays I always go to school at 12:15. I always díctate five hours of clases. Finally, I end classes at 6:15 and I come home at about 7 o’clock. I dinner at 7:15 with my husband. We talk some things a day. Then we make our homework. Sometimes, I go to bed at about 11:15 but I sleep at about 11:40 pm. In my free time I listen to music with my husband and sometimes, we see movies.

My husband is Luis. His last name is Madera. He is 35 years old. He is a person very quiet, hardworking, loving, and considerate. He enjoys being with me. He always get up at 5:00 o’clock. He brushes his teeth and then he takes shower. Luis shaves very days. He gets dressed. Sometimes, he gets out for the school at 5:45. He arrives at school at about 6 o’clock. He comes home at 1:00 pm. Then, he takes a long shower and he takes lunch. He always reads on the computer. In the evening, he usually checks his e-mail. On weekdays, he goes his homework in the computer.

My Neighborhood.

I live in the neighborhood Nueva Civilización. My neighborhood is convenient because it’s near to many other places.

I love my neighborhood because in my neighborhood there’s a mall. I often go to the mall. There I can find a supermarket. I buy rarely in the supermarket because it's so expensive, there is also a movie theater. I go to the cinema at least two or three times a month. There is a food court. I like the fast food. I really like hot dogs. In my neighborhood there are many restaurants, some weekends my husband and I go out home for dinner. My neighborhood is fine. I can find a gym. It is called Vital Health but I never go to the gym because I am sick. In my neighborhood there’s a stadium where you can jogging. Here you can to play football. You can to play basketball or you can to play micro football. In my neighborhood there’s a church where I can pray here. Near my house there is a hospital. My neighborhood is very quiet. You come to live in my neighborhood.

Hello, again here.

I wake up between three and a half and four hours. I get up at four hours. I take a shower. I get dressed after I brush my teeth. I sometimes make breakfaast and I have it in my house. I wake up my daughter. I call the taxi and I go to my work.
I ckeck my e-mail after I turn on the computer. I spend about 8 or 9 hours a day on my computer. Why? Because, I write e-mail messages to the teachers, to my boss and to my friends. I also read my e-mails, read trhe news, check my facebook and my whatsaap.
I take English class 3 days a week and I don´t  practice any sport.
I teach Sergio Friday at 4:00 p.m. He´s a boy with disabilities. He´s great!
I finally, get home where my daughter´s waiting for me. I give her hug and kisses. I love her.
We have dinner in front TV. We watch CSI. We´re crazy about CSI. When we finish we go to bed.

My daughter´s sleepyhead. I can´t wake up her. I need help! She turns around and she goes back to sleep. That´s terrible! When she finally gets up, she washes her face. She brushes her teeth. She takes a shower. Before that, she has breakfast. She eats cereal and milk. She likes cereal a lot. She listens music, checks her facebook and whatsaap. She finally, leaves to home. She´s often late to school. She practices music six hours a week after school.

Well, I have nothing more to say. My life´s simple.
I don´t  go out with friends in the evening. I go out dinner with my daughter and sometimes I go out with my siblings. I like going to the movies with my daughter. I love it. 

My neighborhood´s Reserva de Laureles. It´s great! there are a couple of swimming pool and some apartment buildings. There´s no stadium but,
 there´s one near. There´s no restaurant but, 
there´s  an ice cream in front.
The children are safe here. They can play freely. There´s a meeting place, and there are some gardens, some supermakets and one gym. I love it!

Hello. My name is Rosa Copete. I am from Tado. I am teacher primary school, and i work in educative institution Jose Celestino Mutis. I get up at 8:00 am, bud I wake up at six. Then I brush my teeth, do my ditties and then I take a shower at 10.00 o’clock. I make my lunch at 12.00 o’clock. I go to word until 6:00 o’clock. After I go to home I speak with my mother at eight o’clock. I watch TV, and I go to bed at 10:00 o’clock, and Saturday study in the university from 9:00 o’clock to three o’clock.

 MY BOYFRIEND DAILY ROUTINE

He wake up at 9:00 o’clock, he brush his teeth o’clock, then he take a shower, at ten o’clock. He dresses up to word. He goes to word at twelve o’clock. He has a lunch at two o´clock. Finishes to word at 8:00 o’clock. He visits to me and he goes his house and goes to bed at 12:00 o’clock.

MY NEIGHBORHOOD

 It´s very nice. Have beautiful houses. My hood has a small park near my house. My hood has three small supermarkets. They sell candies, vegetables, fruit, meat and chicken. My neighborhood is very pacific. The person doesn’t fight with nobody. The kids are happy and play all time.

My husband´s name is Yhonattan and his last name is Castro. First, he gets up at five thirty, then take a bath after that, brush his teeth. He get dresses then comb his hair. He usually eats breakfast bread with coffee.He goes to work six fifteen Then he go home at four in the afternoon. In the evening he likes to watch TV and listen to music. We had dinner at seven o'clock .On the weekends, we go to the park. We visit our friends and at night and going to the discotheque.

MY DAILY ROUTINE BY SILSA MEZA.

My name is Silsa. I wake up at 5:30 every day but I get up at 5:45 
AM. After that, I brush my teeth. After that, I make the bed. I pray
and I read the Bible. Then I drink a glass of water. After that,I take
a shower, and I make breakfast before I get out. After that, I 
brush my hair and I get dressed. After that, I go to study English to
Colombo Americano. After that, the class I come back home to
prepare at lunch. Then I go to work at twuelve past ten until at
6:15 P.M. Generally, I go to bed at eleven thirty.


MY HUSBAND' S DAILY ROUTINE.

My husband is Luis. He gets up at six thirty after he washes his face at a quarter to seven.After that,he prays at seven ó clock. Then he
takes a shower, but he has breakfas very late. After that, he goes
to work at ten thirty. He has lunch at twelve ó clock. After he comes back from work, he has dinner at eight thirty.He brushes his
teeth at a quarter to nine, and he goes to visit his mother. After that,
he goes to bed at eleven thirty.


MY NEIGHBORHOOD.

My neighborhood is Manzanares. It´s nice and quiet. Manzanares
is convenient. There´s a big supermarket and some nice stores,
there are three nice outdoor cafés.We have a beautiful little
park, there is one University, and other Study Centers. Well,
It´s good. We have many trees, there are many children, and
friendly people. Well, It´s good.

My name is Nellys De La Espriella, and I’m from Sahagún. I get up at 5:50 a.m. After that my children and I take a bath. My children and I have breakfast. I usually have eggs, cheese, bread, and coffee. I take my children to school two days a week, Tuesday and Thursday. Then I return home and clean the house and wash the dishes. I study English on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday in the Colombo Americano. During the week, I work as a teacher in a primary school at 12:15 p.m every day. I arrive at 6:40 p.m at my house. First, I greet my children. After that, I eat dinner. I watch TV with my children. Before I go to bed, I read a story and we say the prayers. My children go to sleep at 8:00 p.m and before I go to bed, I speak with my husband on the cellphone. Finally, I go to sleep at 11:00 p.m.

My neighborhood is nice and convenient. There’s a stadium, a park, and there are a couple of schools. There are a lot of restaurants. But there’s no cafeteria. There are a lot of fasts – food places. In the park, you can relax and walk. In the stadium, you can practice sports.

On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I get up and take a bush.

I go to English class. Then I clean the house and I make lunch.

I have lunch at 11: 30 am with my husband while we watch TV.

MY WIFE´S DAILY ROUTINE

My wife´s name is Rosmira Rovira. She gets up at thirty past six, and she brushes her teeth.Then she makes our children breakfast. Before that, every day on week days she dresses the children, and she takes them go to school. Later she washes the dishes, cleans the apartment, and sweeps the floor.Then she mops the floor. After she makes lunch,she takes a break, and waches soap operas on  TV until at four o´clock. Then she listen to the radio, and makes dinner.Usually, she goes to bed at half past ten.

I live in the neighborhood  policarpa.I like my neighborhood because it´s very nice.There are some schools next to my house.There are some supermarkets,and just a lot of unexpensive restaurants. My daily routing.

My name is Yair Gonzalez, and I´m from Colombia. I´m an agronomic engineer, and I work for Del Monte in Colombia. I get up at a quarter past six every day. I usually eat bread and coffe in the morning. Then, I get to work. I work in the office of logistics, but occasionally I get to a farm of banana. Later I go home at six o´clock. In the evening, I wacht TV and I play with my children. Finally, I go to bed at past ten every night.

My wife´s daily routing.

My wife´s name is Edelis and her last name is Osorio. First, she gets up at five, and she brusher her teeth. Then, she makes Yair´s my breakfast (I´m her husband). Before that, every day on week days she dresses the children, and cleans their uniforms to go to school. Later, she cleans the house, and makes lunch and dinner. In the evening, she likes to watch TV, and listen to vallenato music. On the weekend, we go to restaurant and dance. We get home at about half past midnight and then we go to bed.

I live in a neigborhood called Serrania. I like my neigborhood because It´s very small, quiet, and clean. There´s a park just two block from my house. There´s a school in front at my house, too. It´s a big school. In my neigborhood, the people aren´t noisy. I don´t like toe at out because there is a restaurant, and it´s very bad, but the fast-food places are very very good. There aren´t any movie theaters, swimming pools or malls. My neigborhood is near to the stadium of Apartado, up the Street from the SENA institute.

My routine

My name is Laura Isabel Durango. I´m from Medellin. I´m a student and I study in Turbo on the weekends. On days of the week, I study English in the Colombo Americano. I usually get up early and I go to the Gym. Then, I have breakfast and I watch TV shows. In the afternoon, I do my homework and I listen to music in English. In the evening, I watch TV with my family and I go to bed at 11:00 o´clock.

Carolina´s routine

Her name is Carolina Rodriguez and she´s from Manizales. She gets up at 7:00 o´clock and she has breakfast with her family, her daughter Salome and her husband Juan Diego. Then, she goes to school with Salome, and after that, she works all day. After the work, she picks up Salome in the school, and they go home. In the evening, they have dinner and she goes to bet at about 11:30 pm.

My neighborhood

My neighborhood is very boring. There are any enjoyable places to go. There are any restaurants, parks, theaters not even fast food places. Just there´s a supermarket, a big church and a small bar. In the bar, I can drink a beer and in the supermarket I can buy the ingredients to cook. The supermarket is very  expensive, small and the service is bad.

My name is Johanna Nuñez. I`m from Colombia.I'm a secretary, and I work for a foundation named Compassion in Colombia.I always work from Monday to Friday. I get up at half past five, and I  usually don't have breakfast. I always drink only a glass of water.I go to the office at about seven O'clock  and I have lunch at twelve o'clock with my family.We usually have meat and salad. The work start at one o'clock and finishes at five o'clock . After work I go straight home and in the evening I sometimes go to English class and other times I go to restaurant s with my friends. My older brother is Javier , He is from Colombia. He is a seller, and He is works for Postobon S.A. He usually works from Monday to Saturday. He gets up at four o'clock and He has breakfast at nine o'clock. He usually has bread , eggs and coffe. He goes to work at about seven o'clock. and He has lunch at half past  twelve with his wife.They usually have beans,meat and salad,The work starts at about two o'clock and finishes at six or seven o'clock. After work , He goes straight home , and in the evening They cook at home, but He sometimes goes to a restaurant with his wife . When He gets home, He watches sports on tv and Then He goes to bed at about ten or eleven o'clock. He is usually very tired but He only sleeps for five or six hours.

My neighborhood is small, and great. My neighbors are friendly, and sometimes, we meet to drink beers in the park of my neighborhood; we buy the beers in the grocery store on the corner.  Our houses are white, and they have beautiful gardens, and place to park also there are pretty women that go to the gym of my neighborhood.

My wife is Yolanda Cardona, and she’s from Colombia. She’s a psychologist, and she doesn’t work. She gets up at six, and she has breakfast at nine. She usually has eggs with bread and chocolate. She studies philosophya. When she gets home in the afternoon, she watches t.v. she goes to bed at about ten. She usually sleeps for eight hours.

My name is Eliecer Ciro, and I am from Colombia. I am business manager and I work for Del Monte fresh products from Monday to Friday. I get up at six, and I have breakfast at eight. I usually have eggs, bread, and coffee. I go to the office at about seven, and have lunch at half past twelve with my wife. We have meat with rice and salad. The work starts at seven and finishes at about quarter past six. After work, I go to study English. When I get home at night. I watch t.v. with my wife and read a book. Then I go to bed at about ten. I usually sleep for seven or eight hours.

MY ROUTINE JHON AGAMEZ

My name is Jhon Fredy Agamez Ospino, and I´m from Turbo. I am coastal zones ecologist. I work at the Harbor master´s office. I exercise on Tuesday and from Thursday to Saturday.

I wake up at eighteen past five a.m., but I get up twenty to six, and have breakfast fifteen past fifteen. I go to my work at twenty to eight because I work from eight to twelve and five thirty. On the weekends I like to go to the movies and sleep.

My neighborhood is Gonzalo Mejia. There´s a church. There´s a school, and there are two stationery stores and there barber shop.

My daily activities. I get up at six thirty a.m, and I exercise. After that, I bathe, and I have breakfast. Later, I go to my office. Later, I check e-mail, and I call some customers for pending reports. After that, I work in the projects of that day, and I go to visit some customers for information about the progress in their projects.

My neiborhood is laurels.

In laurels, there is a petrol station and I can buy gasoline for my vehicle. Also there is a steak house, it’s  nice, sometimes I go to this restaurant for dinner. The grilled meat is delicious and inexpensive. In laurels, there is a hotel but I don’t know it.

Also, there is car wash but actually I don’t use their wash services, because their are not good.

Laurels is small, there are two apartment buildings, in my neiborhood there aren’t any supermarket, clothing store or shoes store. It is near the park and sports unit.

My daily routine

My name is Geraldinne Mendoza. I'm from Necocli. I live of Monday to Thursday in apartado, because I have English classes of Monday to  Wednesday in the Colombo American Center. I get up at half past 8. I brush my teeth. I have breakfast. After that, I organize my house. I prepare lunch for the family and I take a shower. I have lunch. Later, I go out with my boyfriend. I watch t.v. finally,  I sleep at half past 11.

My neighborhood is quiet.

There are three small stores and a couple of delicious restaurants.

There’s a church.

There aren’t any apartaments buildings.

 there’s no supermarket.

We have a small gym and many trees.

I live near the sea.

There are many children and friendly people.

I can go to walk in the beach.

MY  ROUTINE

My name is Jhen Murillo  Alegría, and I’m from Pizarro ,Chocó – Colombia.

I’m  English’s student, and I study in Colombo Americano.

First, I wake up at 6:00 am, but I get up at 6:10 am. Subsequently, I make up the bed.

Then I take a shower, and I brush my teeth. Next, I get dressed.

Often, I have my breakfast at 6:40 am. I usually eat eggs, bread, chocolate… in the morning.

Often that, I brush my teeth, and leave home.

Later, I take bus, and I go to the university at about half past seven. The class starts at 8 o’clock, and usually finishes at about quarter to twelve. After class, I go home.

When I get home, I have lunch while I wash notice on TV at half past one. Next I check my e-mail.

I usually eat rice, fruit´s juice, meal, pasta and salad.

Often, I do my homework, and then I brush my teeth.

Then I go to English class in the Colombo Americano at 4:00 pm.

In the evening, I get home, and then I take a shower, next I have dinner whit my family at about seven pm, and then I listen my favorite music.

Finally, I go to the bed at about half past eleven. I´m usually very tired, and sleep for eight or nine hours.

I live in a great neighborhood. It´s Prado and I like my neighborhood.

Prado is a convenient and cheap neighborhood.

There are a lot of nice restaurants, but they´re expensive.

There´s a small and beautiful park.

There are some famous movie theaters.

There’s a big field.

There´s a new supermarket and some nice stores, but there´s no mall.

There are a couple of beautiful school.

There are no swimming pools.

There are some pleasant fast-food places.

There are some elegant hotel.

You can go there. It´s a nice, good and clean neighborhood.
